1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Vyxbit's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are exclusively offered to Australian Tree Removal and Arborist businesses.
2. Our 90-Day Guarantee
Our 90-Day Guarantee applies exclusively to clients on our Growth or Pro plans who commit to a minimum 3-month term. Lead targets are mutually agreed upon in writing during onboarding. If the target is not met by day 90, billing pauses, and we continue working at no extra cost until the target is achieved.
3. Asset Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of all digital assets we build or optimize during our engagement, including your Google Business Profile, local citations, and website content. Upon cancellation, no assets will be withheld.
4. Month-to-Month Contracts
Except for the initial period required to validate the 90-day guarantee, our services operate on a month-to-month basis. Clients may cancel at any time with a 14-day written notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we guarantee our targeted efforts, Vyxbit is not liable for indirect losses, sudden Google algorithm changes outside of industry norms, or third-party platform downtime.
